Made in Ireland and plant-based, RUA’s Nourish Cookies are a delicious way to support your wellbeing with every bite. Baked in small batches with golden linseed, Irish oats, and brewer’s yeast — ingredients long valued for their natural benefits — these cookies are thoughtfully created for moments when any new parent's body could use a little extra care.
Each bag has 7 mini packs with 2 cookies inside —14 cookies in total — perfect for keeping you nourished throughout a week of days and long nights of feeding your little one. Whether enjoyed with tea or as a satisfying snack, these chocolate chip and oat cookies are made with Mums in mind to bring together comfort and nourishment in a way only a mum-founded bakery can.

HOW IT WORKS
THE BUNCH
The Bunch is a beautiful weekly arrangement of seasonal flowers designed around a curated colour palette. What makes The Bunch unique? You never get the same flowers twice, you never get it wrong and you never miss the moment.
The Single Bunch is designed with 15 flower stems.
The Double Bunch is designed with 30 flower stems.
Some of our flowers are sent out in bud phase - this is to ensure longevity of your Bunch so give them a few days to open if they are closed on receipt.
Flowers pictured may vary but will always be replaced by a flower of equal or greater value.

DELIVERY
Same Day Dublin* Delivery 7 Days A Week ~ Monday to Sunday (*within 20km of Rathfarnham) ~ for orders placed by 1pm.
Next Day Ireland Delivery ~ Tuesday to Friday ~ for orders placed by 1pm.
*Please note for Bank Holidays, Nationwide Service operates Wednesday to Friday.
Orders must be placed by 1pm and some dates will sell out sooner than others so pre-order where possible.
We cannot offer particular timeframes so if you want flowers delivered by a certain time we recommend ordering the flowers for delivery a day in advance.
If ordering flowers for someone else, be sure to check that the delivery details are correct for the recipient. If anything needs to be updated email us at hello@thecrate.ie and our team will be happy to make any amendments to your order for you.
PACKAGING
The Bunch comes with a free beautifully designed notecard to include your message.
You can add your message in the message box when ordering. If you missed this don't worry! Email us at hello@thecrate.ie and our team will be happy to add this onto your order.
The flowers are arranged in our branded cone, keeping them protected when out on delivery, and packed in our recyclable gift-box ensuring an unmatched flower delivery experience. Our flowers are packaged tightly to protect them in transit, so be sure to trim the stems and put them in a vase of fresh water to allow them open up and enjoy!

It started in 2017 with flowers, friendship and a love of design by childhood friends Claire Ryan and Steph Hutch.
