Fresh Flowers
If your flowers have wilted prematurely we will need to be notified within 24 hours of arrival. The order number and pictures must be provided. Please note, we must have images in order to file a claim with our flower supplier.
Flower Subscriptions
Prepaid gift subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.
Recurring subscriptions can be managed (paused/cancelled) through your customer account on our website.
Dried Flowers
As all dried flower bunches are handmade, they will vary depending on materials available. It is inferred that this is understood when purchasing as it is outlined in the product description. If any materials pictured in our dried flower arrangement are unavailable, these will be swapped out for replacement dried flowers of the same or a greater value.
Wreaths

Gift Cards
