HOW ARE YOUR FLOWER CROWNS MADE?

The Crate's flower crown is handwoven by our florists in our flower studio in Dublin. The summer dried flowers that we have designed the crown with are hand woven on a malleable wire frame that can be fitted to any head size by framing the crown around your head, deciding where you want it to sit and your styling preference, and then tying the rust velvet ribbon together at the back.

The dried flower crown is carefully packaged in recycled wood wool and a white recyclable gift box; ideal as a gift for someone special or a beautiful hair accessory treat for yourself. As each flower crown is handmade, they are made to order and so we have limited stock of these. Please ensure you preorder to avoid disappointment.

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS AND TRICKS FOR DRIED FLOWER CARE?

The Crate's dried flowers are of the highest quality and are always long lasting. You can keep them in the home for many years if you care for them properly. Follow our top tips to get the most out of your dried flowers.

AVOID HEAT | Keep your dried flowers away from direct heat sources, which will cause flowers to fade faster. Dried flowers fade naturally over time.

BE CAREFUL | Be gentle with your flowers; dried flowers are fragile and become more fragile over time. If hanging your flower crown up, place somewhere secure where the flowers will be protected from breaking.

DUST | To dust gently shake your dried flowers upside down or dust with a feather duster. Keep away from moisture.

DON'T WATER | Fresh flowers require fresh water every two - three days however dried flowers do not. Avoid excess moisture with your dried flowers so that they remain dried and intact in their preserved beauty. Water can damage this and cause mould or wilting.
